Registration & Payment

Registration for a session reserves a spot in the class for the full session. Payment is due before the start of each session. Class sizes are limited, so registration is considered a commitment to the full session.

Cancellation & Missed Class Policy

Missed Classes:
Credits, refunds, or makeup classes are not provided for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, tournaments, school activities, or other personal reasons. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are also considered missed classes and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or makeup.

Illness, Injury & Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that unexpected situations happen. In cases of illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, a makeup or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let Coach Devin know as soon as possible if your player is unable to attend.

Academy Cancellations:
If a class is canceled by The Morning Crew due to weather, unsafe court conditions, or another circumstance outside of the player's control, a makeup class or credit will be provided. You will be notified as soon as possible in these cases.

Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. It is important in helping maintain a consistent, well-run training environment for all players, while also allowing The Morning Crew to operate as a sustainable program.

Player Conduct

Players are expected to treat coaches and fellow players with respect and contribute to a positive training environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
